When you write
It helps to include:
- Your device and its system version (for example iPhone 17, iOS 26.2).
- The app's version, from Settings at the bottom of the page.
- What you did, what you expected and what happened, with a screenshot if you can.
Please don't send your Apple Account password or payment details; we will never ask for them.
Requirements
Peregrino runs on iPhone with iOS 26.2 or later, iPad with iPadOS 26.2 or later, and Mac with macOS 26.2 or later. Syncing between devices and sharing need you to be signed in to iCloud.
Common questions
My trips aren't showing on my other device
Peregrino syncs through your own iCloud. On each device, check that you're signed in to the same Apple Account and that Peregrino is allowed to use iCloud (Settings › your name › iCloud). Then open Peregrino on Wi-Fi and leave it open for a minute; a large library can take a while the first time. Settings › iCloud in the app shows whether your library is syncing.
I got a new phone. How do I get my library back?
Sign in with the same Apple Account and open Peregrino: it finds your library in iCloud and offers to continue with it while the rest downloads. You can also import a backup file made in Settings › Backup.
How do I restore Frequent Flyer Gold?
Frequent Flyer Gold is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account, so it follows you to every device signed in to that account. If it doesn't show, open Settings › Frequent Flyer Gold and tap Restore purchase. Your member number comes back with it.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are made through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I stop sharing a link?
Open the trip or item you shared, tap Share, and open the link's settings: you can change what it shows, set it to expire or stop sharing. Stopping deletes the shared copy, and the link stops working for everyone.
A shared link says it has ended
The person who shared it stopped sharing, or the link expired. Ask them to share it again.
Peregrino didn't notice I'd arrived somewhere new
Spotting a new country needs location access, which you can allow in Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › Peregrino. Without it, you can always stamp a country yourself with the + button.
Why can't I add widgets?
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets are part of Frequent Flyer Gold. Once you have it, add them as usual: touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Peregrino.
How do I delete my data?
Anything you delete in the app is removed from your devices and your iCloud. To remove everything, delete Peregrino's data in Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Storage. See the Privacy Policy for more, or write to us.
